Someone over at EvilAvatar noticed lots of complaints on the official WoW forum and people are cancelling their accounts. World of Warcraft broke sales records and amazed both Blizzard and players with European sales. However, if you look at MMORPGCharts there does not appear to be a drop yet in subscribers. As of today WoW has 1.5 million subscribers while Lineage and Lineage 2 both have 2 million. In contrast Everquest 2 subscriptions have already peaked and have started dropping! |
