Midnight Club II is a freestyle street-racing arcade game. The actual racers are similar to Grand Theft Auto races in that you race through a set area on a big city map. Not only you can pimp out your rides, but you can also hop on a crotch rocket for some real speed. If you don't feel like racing you can cruise down highway at 100 mph against traffic. One downside is the cars aren't licensed -- you won't find any Civics or Lamborghinis in Midnight Club II. Despite these minor downsides, Midnight Club II can be fun.
