Eurogamer is reporting that the Half Life 2 Expansion pack -- Half Life Aftermath should be out sometime around September of this year. Following the Valve vs Vivendi lawsuit Valve is currently shopping around for a new publisher. Of course, we are sure you'll be able to download Half Life 2 Aftermath from Steam anyway.
